![]() Our girls love their home and we are happy with the neighborhood. Again it is our first home, and as the experience was horrific from contract to move in, living here has been fantastic. ![]() But overall the house was finished nicely and we love it. The communication has been good so far when it comes to that, that has been nice. Upon moving in, the carpets had mud on them, the hvac systems didnt work. Our house was not done in time, and we had to pay for an inspector 3x to come out, all while they tried to have us do a one time walk-through and close on the same date. Now that we have moved in, of course there are some warranty claims that need to be submitted and have been submitted. The realtor for century communities did horrible at communications. But to our surprise, it was by far the worst most painful experience we have ever had purchasing anything. My fiancé and I were so excited to buy our first home and thrilled it was going to be a new build. Being a manager at an insurance company that is top ranked in customer service, the way she treated us was completely unacceptable. If you want to keep business and clients, I do suggest speaking with her about her customer service and the way she treats people. And personally we still don’t want to work with her to this day. She was beyond disrespectful and unprofessional to my fiancé and I! We only spoke with her once and it was over the phone, and it was such an appalling experience we told and that we do not ever want to work with her again. As we have already spoken to and have been able to make amends on the situation with her, we had another terrible experience with the other sales agent in the office named. Which then cause angry homeowners, and gives a bad reputation to the sales agents.Īlso through out the process there was multiple times we were either ignored, lied too, or just plain overlooked and treated disrespectfully. Causing the communication with the sales agents and your homeowners to lack and be terrible. But the communication between the sales agents, supers and 3rd party contractors you sub out is horrendous. In the end, we are glad we didn’t back out and continued with the house.Ĭommunication between us and our sales agent was extremely frustrating. We were willing to give up the earnest deposit because it had been such an awful experience. The last time we almost backed out RIGHT before close, was the reason we decided to stay and continue. is also the only reason I’m putting 10s on this survey! He kept us from backing out 4 times. ![]() The ONLY reason we didn’t back out of the deal is because of our super intendant. Honestly, the entire process was an absolute nightmare.
